The heat, the wind she blew, and the patio stones, 70 pounds each, blew in. We bonded with the driver, “guess how old I am? I did not play the game, wanting all to believe, I am much too young to be this old. Nevertheless found out he was dating an older woman, he 21 she 25, the shock, I tell you. He want to join the Armed Forces, Mr young driver, will have a hard time, as he is much too forthcoming and friendly, I suspect, and wants to be a large vehicle mechanic.
The chappe said his father who is in his 60s could not remove the blocks from the truck. I would not have to go to boot camp for 6 weeks if I assisted I was told. We encouraged him to quit smoking. Offered advice, and basically told him to get on with his life. “hard to raise a kid on minimum wage.” Been done before is all I said.
My guy who is working on the blocks assisting the young lad to take the blocks off the truck, is 71 years young.
We purchased groceries for mom and extra eggs, at the pharmacy, thus four dozen sit in the fridge for the next onslaught of guests. They are all ordained but one, and he is diabetic, they all could be, I guess.
The big news is, OFF I went on the T not to be confused with boot camp, it was some of the same people, and ran thru the park, where once upon a time, I walked hours, hours and more hours with Libby and Lucy. I was the one who knew my way around the park trails, so they were waiting at critical junctures. I told them to go right, and I went left, and 45 minutes later we met back at the basket ball court. 5 K done and dusted.
I was settling inn, and the phone rang, my guy has had a heart attack. He will not be to work today. The provincial heart hospital is in St John and that is where he was going. Thus I live in a construction zone for a while longer, to wait for a minute or two to see what the plannification will be. If there is a plan. And I heard wet pavement, Joy to the world.
We will be off the air this morning as we are getting a generous computer upgrade, a new to me computer, that will continue to sit on the desk defying all to take it. Take that I say.“I don’t get it,’ Caroline said, bemused. ‘She’s the only one with wings. Why is that?’ There were so many questions in life. You couldn’t ever have all the answers.
