Most recent of the spring like days have been spent trying to amalgamate, that is bonded together, quite a lot of reservation systems, into one. This was like working on the international space station. All done glued to the screen most of the day, fretting about this and that and the other thing. With a touches of a buttons, voila I think, we have it done. It only takes money. I have been in constant communication with my people in and with Ontario, today Texas as we seem to have forgotten, (that one that is on my webpage, of course) Cambridge, that would be England, and last but not least, the Netherlands‘. ALL for five rooms, accomplished with great skill and perversity. None of which I can claim.
Now the grounds, the reason, my little website was not included was, and did not get done, was my web guy was at the doctors tending to his diagnoses. He has problems with that, and all that goes with it. He thought he was going to start to walk, I invited him to boot camp. He never responded to that. I will pursue that question later. I told him it was terrible thing to do. Next month, btw it will be 6 years of anguish and suffering.
Once more, and again, Boot Camp just about killed me. I am on familiar terms with this torment, but this was the worst, ever. The only remaining class of the week, the final of week, that would be Friday. I seem to recall it was a undersized class, only four participants in addition to our dreaded, diminutive leader. We had our own arms race. We worked selected amounts of the core and cardio, but arms, seemed to be everywhere.
Mine were uncomfortable, but nothing untowards. The weekend came, departed as per usual. My arms, went without them falling off or dangling uselessly. At this moment, that has altered. Back we went (WHY would be a good question to ask) to the opening class of the week. We had on the Friday class bosu bouncing, and ball busting just to keep it all in the frame. But this next one took the cake. (well there was no cake actually but you get my drift) My arms, were ear-piercing screaming at me. I have biceps that were enlarged and looking like they came out of men’s magazine. I thought this will get better. No-it-did-not.
I could not get out of the bathtub, subsequent to a soak of my head and shoulders. I thought this might be a good thing. IT WAS NOT. I did not have, naught one bit, of thrust, left, (or right) it was in VERY short supply to leave the watery orbit that was holding me hostage. FURTHERMORE the throbbing, the Goliath twinge that went from fingers to fingers was getting MORE horrific, gaining on me. I literally and factually had to get on my hands and knees and stand up. Typically I just use my arms. Not-this-time.
There are muscles that wrap around your chest they were joining in and making it hard to breathe. I could not get into my jammies, as my shoulders refused to work, at all. I put the nightie on the bed and dove into it. I lay on the bed, thinking, difficult at the best of times please note that my head is held on by flaming muscles. Some how, remembering, some how, that there was giant aspirin cream and pills in the bathroom. I used my teeth to climb out of the flannel and applied it where I could, liberal amounts in my upper neck actually. My arms and hands were flipper like, a solid mass on either side of my chest. I could not hold the book, bereavement on your part my dear and gentle readers,’ was imminent. The pain was enough to keep me awake for 12.5 minutes.
At class, I announced that it was a significant birthday coming up. Was there anyone who wanted to celebrate with me going to treego. More on that later, stay tuned. Take chances, make mistakes.
