FULL MOON ALERT: One of the side affects of a full moon, is the inability to sleep. There you are revolving both in mind and body in bed and wondering. Waiting as well, for something to happen, the shoe to drop, the curtains to rise, you get the picture.
Thus this morning, I though that my repair guy, was hard at it early. In fact so early is was more or less dark. Or someone was stealing valuable plastic chairs out of the garage, where they have been housed for the duration of the patio reconstruction. No on both counts. I have gremlins, or ghosts. I am leaning towards, Dad visiting actually.
Could you repeat that? ! exclaim my dear and gentle readers, what is going on now! The third framed picture has leapt off the walls. This is spaced out, (on more ways than one) over a period of time. Two (not just one) leaping off the walls in the office, recently without encouragement. Diplomas from Dawson, from long ago. It was determined, with careful observation that the hooks holding the diploma have become unglued, analogous to the hostess of the bed and breakfast. (they are now stacked in the list of life awaiting gluing so there are no holes in the walls. )
This morning bright and early, a framed photo done by an artiste friend of my mine again from long ago, crashed to the floor. But I did not know it. I leapt out of bed, and without caffeine determined that I could not find what was going on. I stared hard at the garage and back yard thru the window shades drawn to keep the sun out. The next chapter of the day, was to read the weather report with threats of thunderstorms. The sun a few hours later is up and about, and humidity is threatening.
Careful consideration of the above problem was that the whole fell. This is simluar to the computer crashing but with more noise. Yes, you read that correctly, the nail, the hook, and the picture, just came out of the wall. There is a hole in the wall. In the middle of it, cavernous and yawning it is too. In the phen sway place of travel. I know have a HUGE borrowed mirror above the fireplace that should be secured and is in fact not, it is so big I would have 21 years of bad luck if it fell. At the rate I am going, it should be soon. The tiny mirror, hammered inn and hung by my interior designer meant for a bedroom, is in fact on the living room wall. It needs to go back to the money side of things, above the china cabinet, and it too hanging on by what seems to be a thread.
Then the search engine Google, sends me a report that I have a five star rating which without help I am unable to access even with my new blisteringly fast internet. It is too much. Much too much. Lucy continues to do well, however and we will take what comes, mom on the 26th, in fact. “”We know that in September, we will wander through the warm winds of summer’s wreckage. We will welcome summer’s ghost. Henry Rollins, Lucy and Moi
