Did NO cleaning, NONE, at all. You will be pleased however, that recycling hit the curb as I went with the major decision of a small green bags, rather than storing it frozen in the garage. When I did real the mail, both electronic or otherwise, I understood it. Amazing! Responses were measured, reflective, and possibly even thoughtful. At least, comprehended and more importantly understood. It was a dog day, but not in the way one thinks of it is summer. We were off in the sun shine to the riverfront, to romp in the snow, snow bathes, as opposed to sunbathing. Picked up happily a huge bag of dog food, and those amino acids, that have risen in price, as the loonie dies.

I am reading BOOKS, all of the holds a the library, coming home to roost this week, a great deal processing of another sort. Still. but still on a bit of a holiday, Lucy is great, weather feels warm, sun is shining life is good. Rose early today to as there is a book club I have not attended in months, open desk top, process mail and clear part of desk. (will see about that)

Mood is better balanced, better than ever, assessment of 2016 thus far, Day 9. is it will be all round reasonable don’t you? My dear and gentle long time readers of the daily diatribe, question this thought, as it will be, at least until the next catastrophe or calamity or predicament, crashes into my world. My daily planarity overview however seems to support this supposition. There is no question about it, change is in the air! Perhaps you can’t feel it because you have allowed yourself to become bogged down in disappointment. You can’t help but wonder if you will ever attain your goals. Well, take heart. The times they are a’changing, as Bob Dylan says. You just need to wait a bit longer. In the end, it doesn’t matter how long it took to get there, only that you arrived!

Keeping those 2016 resolutions’ (reminder to you all and moi: Be nice, be kind, go for it, eat less, excise regularly, speak the truth from my perspective, social life where ever possible instead of social media, be the owner of my mistakes, say sorry fast, move on, be grateful, count my blessings). Eating less, in fact hunger pangs were in abundance but I have to brag I refused to eat lemon meringue pie, that my neighbor to the left invited me to partake in, now that is historic. I did however to forget to rise to the boot camp challenge and plank, that means 10 minutes somewhere in the day today. I may go to meet my maker.

I also in my leisure listened to a TED talk, about what a good life is. 75 year Harvard study, of 1938 men (and in the last 10 years their wives) what keeps you happy and hefty. Lessons learned thus far, it is not about wealth, fame or working harder. ( I must remember this) This life and to have a good one, is about and to have good relationships, with family, friends and community. Social relationships’ are good for us and the quality of those interactions is paramount. Oh yes relationships are messy, but to when the slings and arrows hit, you can bicker but be secure, repair the damage, move on. Loneliness is toxic and brain function declines. Relationships means you can have bad times, pain or negatives events, but you will pull thru them better if you keep your relationships hale and hearty. Thus, and so a Harvard study supports my resolutions.! Remember you read it here first! Believe in a love that is being stored up for you like an inheritance, and have faith that in this love there is a strength and a blessing so large that you can travel as far as you wish without having to step outside it.”
