We ride once again. I recognize that both of my deep and delicious readers, of a long time standing just may have been speculating, just where on globe, I have been or was, absent from this folio. The answer is and was, unsophisticated, uncomplicated and downright simple. Since the flu shot in tenth month, and that would be October, I was and still am, here.
Just hanging on sometimes mostly in bed, my own little bed, tucked into dreamland tightly. Collapsing in a heap for several months, & it feels so much longer. A natural occurrence, at this time of year for the leader of my free state, or in my case a bed and breakfast. Lucy Patricia canine of some extraordinary overtime, is side and close by. She loving the bleak winter atmospheric phenomenons, but not the rain. She too recovering from her dogged duties.
What spurred on this diatribe? The weather, yes my fav of all cognitive content, and I have been remiss of late, I will admit, to let you know about of the ALL the rain, hail, ice, snow, and sunny condensations here in the big little metropolis. Cut to the chase, recently with the polar vortex we dipped to -29 with the wind chill, up winds and windward, today we are going to a high of plus 10. THIRTY or more, depending on the network one views, to get ones content, I view the patriot radio station myself, degrees in a week. In the space of a week, 30. This is extraordinaire as they say in French.
The twelve months of the new year, started between the sheets, yes indeed. Sporadically I get up look around, eat too much, and go to boot camp. Last night, was a dilly and am barely able to type. MERELY and barely I solder on. The nights workout, I hasten to brag was two rounds, the first, 2 minutes as many as you can and the second round was 30, again as many as you could: squats, push-ups, lateral raises with weight, crunch burpees, shoulder press, skip, row and dead lift. I hate burpees and did not hold up well I have to say, and switched to lunges. Life as they say continues, but I am not sure how. “Love can change a person the way a parent can change a baby- awkwardly, and often with a great deal of mess.” ― Lemony Snicket, Horseradish
