Inspired by true events! What goes HEAVENWARD must go descend. Staring at the screen, followers, readers of the daily diatribe, ponder the previous assertion, agog. I too was so titillated and thrilled, I that I got out my higher cognitive process cap. Many of you would chuckle at that I am sure. A thinking cap. While in the area, what does hair brained mean anyway? Is it one word or two. I wander.
The secondary reason for the excitement at outset, OFF to book club. An occupation and the subsequent demise of said activity mislaid in the mists of time. Notwithstanding, it is possible in the busy schedule of dormancy to participate inn. The book was read, pre dormancy, and at this time, this author has difficulty remembering anything now, the title seems as well to be now obscured in the mists of recent past months. The theme and thoughts about this piece of literature long gone as well. But off we go to venture to see old friends.
Returning to THE primary excitement however is today the temperatures sore into the +8 category, tomorrow there is a promise of -28 again. The wind is out there as well, verbal today in its intensity.
The day was expended, finishing up accounting for the last year and delivering it to the accountant. (all that whining documented in suspicious copious detail accomplished!) The frenzy of the stabbing of the calculator albeit for for one month. Done and dusted as they say. One may remember the accounts and subsequent delivery to the revenuers took place in June, later than expected. Astonishment and surprise was had by all, and that would include moi, was that the book keeper, called while picking up batteries for the phones, on the way to walk the dog, claiming she had organized the account books, and the shoe box was ready to be picked up, minus a month. That is historic.
Making a list for the day, that of paying phone bills and for the 28 day veggie challenge. Stickers were applied to the calendar for the FIFTH day in a row for consuming a vegetable. Does not matter, colour, size or how much dressing. Sticker for putting it yer mouth. Then longer view of the list of life. More crap in the car sort of thing. Stay tuned, there is lots of crap ahead. There is time for everything.
