There are a cast of characters supporting me in this endeavor of running a bed and breakfast. It is I can assure you my dear and gentle readers much too physical to have any romance whatsoever. I have enclosed the latest of emails, my side only, from a couple of weeks for the installation, of a reservation system to combine my reservations. I still manually have to add from travel brokers and my own website. However kudos to a man who richly deserves to be commended with putting up with me. And so it goes:
“You are a gentleman and a scholar ! Updated two reservations manually. (such a whizz)
We are off hopefully for another season of fun and games, many thanks.”
“I have a reservation I have to put in from jack rabbit.
Sigh…….
I promise, (well maybe not) I won’t forget again, thank you for your time,”
“You are gonna kill me, maybe. I think it might, have forgotten how to get into Oxtelia.”
“How do i cancel a reservation that I made by mistake? I went thru the utube stuff and cannot seem to find out how to do this….sorry, the whizz rides again,”
Thanks toots, will click and bang away, would that then make me a whizz bang ?”
This did not include conversations with the broker, (not included as they were very business like) in Montreal, but herein are some from the day another online booking agency:
“When are you coming to Moncton? Just talked with Sara, she seems to know what she is talking about. I never have and never will. ”
His response just to shake things up a bit: “ Hahaha! You’re doing great!!!! Hoping to be in Moncton so but they added NS to my territory so I’m swamped. Talk to you soon!”
My response to him was as follows “Listen it the beginning of the season, I can think, talk and wear lipstick what more does a girl need?”
ONWARDS, we walk regardless to in the rain. Lucy has yet another month of amino acids to swallow. Optimistic I am. She is 12 this month, with more diease processes than I count. I am looking at her and she is ready to go……as soon as I clean a room and straighten another. Had two last night and again tonight.! One remains with another coming late tonight. Purchased some flower seeds for garden. Will install them when it is warmer a bit. All is well here, heat is on, as I had guests, otherwise wear a sweater time. Boot camp has been out of doors, but tonight think we go to another gym to kill ourselves.
